After extensive and careful testing of dozens of detergents and washer settings (and in compliance with industry standard AATCC TM150-2007), we have developed new washing instructions that allow careful machine washing of TheraTogs! Trim Your TheraTogs for Summer Coolness...
Make your clients more comfortable in their wearable therapy by modifying the TheraTogs TankTop for the summer months! Download our updated
modification suggestions. Remember, TheraTogs are made of a special 'ripstop' fabric that won't fray or tear -- you're supposed to trim them as needed, so that goes for removing excess material to reduce body heat retention, too.
As shown here, you can 'ventilate' the TankTop significantly without impairing the garment's function.
Product Registration Forms Now Online
Effective May 1st, our product packaging now includes a Product Registration form, so that we can more efficiently provide product and warranty support to your TheraTogs clients. Caregivers and product purchasers should fill out and return the postcard, or go online to register their TheraTogs purchase.
Caregiver Info Kit now available...
The enthusiastic reception given to the 'TheraTogs rock video' created by Diane Gabanyic and her clinical team -- entitled TheraTogs: Do They Work? -- has inspired us to create the first edition of a Caregiver Info Kit for pediatric clinicians who want to communicate the potential of TheraTogs to the parents and caregivers of their clients.
The Caregiver Info Kit will include a DVD of the TheraTogs: Do They Work? video, plus some printed collateral aimed at answering questions and addressing concerns commonly raised by caregivers of children with movement disorders, orthopedic alignment problems, and sensory processing / autism spectrum disorders. It will also contain the 10-minute TheraTogs promotional video that explains the product in full.
