Now you have the basic steps and guidelines. You practiced with the strapping and know what you can accomplish with the systems. Now it is time to  use the assessments and therapys goals to work those biomechanical planes. This section breaks down the final or finished strapping examples and breaks them up into steps. Some tips for positioning patients when applying strapping and a reminder to use your assessments to determine the strapping rationale for your patient(s).

Use an area with a door, have a favorite toy or book to welcome child and to distract while donning Hand sew the shoulders to prevent tab removal
