TheraTogs systems are designed to serve a range of clinical objectives:

• Provide joint stability and increased body awareness
• Improve posture, balance, gait and movement skills
• Reduce the postural correction workload for foot and ankle orthoses
• Improve motor performance and functional alignment during therapy sessions

TheraTogs are designed to be worn directly on the skin, out of sight under clothes. When snugly applied, the garments comfortably and gently ‘grip’ the skin surface, which allows proper strapping applications to effectively influence the client’s movement, stability, posture and gait. This is what we refer to when we say:

Grip - Reposition - Retrain

Those three little words describe exactly what TheraTogs do, and how they work.

What Does the ULTRA Mean?

Our new GoldToneTM material is a significant advance in technical textiles, with its unique combination of stretch and rebound properties making it particularly effective for neuromotor retraining. TheraTogs made of GoldTone represent a "second generation" of the product - one that took us nearly three years to develop - so we renamed and relaunched the product line to reflect that significant change.

Choosing A Product

TheraTogs has an extensive array of products that are designed for specific purposes. (Just as bodies and their challenges are different, TheraTogs are assembled in different combinations of components.) You can click to more information about any of our current products in the left-hand menu.

In general, follow these steps to choose the appropriate TheraTogs for your individual client(s):

1.	Evaluate your client and identify rehab management objectives that TheraTogs can be expected to effectively address.
2.	Determine the appropriate TheraTogs system based on your client's diagnosis or indication.
3.	Use the Selection Chart (PDF) and product  Sizing Charts (PDF) to choose the best TheraTogs product based on the diagnosis or indication.
